Central California's Best
Dressed Women and Men

This month we have changed our format,
somewhat, to feature exclusively twenty-five of
Central California's Best Dressed Black Women
and Men.

The fashionable ladies and men are pidured
in their favorite attire in various locations in
Central California. Those featured were selected
from names submitted to our Selection Committee
by individuals and organizations. Selection was
based on how a person's dress fits his personality,
occupation, and life style.

The GRAPEVINE Selection Committee is composed
of men and women from towns in Central
California.
