Father Lucien Bouchard in a remote Hmong village. Father Lucien Bouchard, an Oblate Order Catholic Missionary, dedicated seventeen years of his life to Laos. Proficient in both Hmong and Lao languages, he was a devout individual whose unwavering faith guided his mission. Although his primary objective was to assist those in distress, his secondary mission was to bring Christianity to the hill tribes.
